CasoListo™

Client is eligible for a refund of the Initial Setup/System Fee ONLY within the first 30 days of signing, provided the following "Client Success Actions" are met:

• Ad Spend: The minimum required Ad Spend was fully funded and active.
• Onboarding: Client successfully attended the Onboarding Session and provided all required assets and survey answers prior to the session. Failure to complete these actions voids the guarantee.
• Non-Refundable Items: Ad Spend, AI/Data Usage, and telephony fees are strictly non-refundable. These funds are consumed in real-time through third-party providers (Meta, Google, Twilio, etc.) via our internal launching systems.

• System Nature: Client acknowledges that Mazu LLC / K2K Digital is an advertising technology company, not a static lead provider. We provide the tools and infrastructure to generate leads; we do not control third-party platform algorithm changes, lead flow fluctuations, or market-driven impression costs.
• Exclusivity: All leads and contact data generated within the Client's account are exclusive and will not be resold to other parties. However, this does not prevent online prospects from independently contacting multiple firms during their search for legal services.

• Affiliated Business Relationship: Mazu LLC dba CasoListo / K2K Digital may use white-labeled services and proprietary software at its sole discretion.
• Usage Markup: Client agrees to pay the "Managed Rate" for all SMS, Voice minutes, and Data usage. This rate includes a service markup to cover platform maintenance, 10DLC compliance, and technical optimization. This is expressly accepted by both parties as a value-based fee.
• No-Audit Provision: Client waives any right to audit internal costs or request original third-party carrier/software invoices (e.g., Twilio or Meta receipts).
• Data Usage: Company reserves the right to monetize and utilize anonymized metadata generated by the system for platform optimization and industry reporting.

• Immediate Suspension: Because this is a usage-based utility, timely payment is mandatory. If an automated charge fails or a balance remains unpaid for more than 24 hours, the account will be automatically locked.
• Consequences: During a lockout, all AI agents, ad campaigns, and lead delivery pathways will be deactivated. Mazu LLC / K2K Digital is not liable for any loss of business, missed leads, or "algorithm resets" resulting from a non-payment suspension.
• Reinstatement: Access will only be restored upon successful payment of the outstanding balance.

• Delivery Pathways: A "Qualified Case Opportunity" is delivered via Live Transfers, AI Scheduled Appointments, or Self-Scheduled Online Intakes.
• Proof Pack: Every opportunity is accompanied by a "Proof Pack" (call recordings, SMS logs, or form data).
• Verification Window: Client has 48 hours from the time of delivery to dispute an opportunity if it does not meet the agreed-upon checklist. If it meets the checklist or the 48-hour window expires, it is considered Billable — Period.

• Waiver of Dispute: Client expressly waives the right to initiate "friendly fraud" chargebacks via Stripe or credit card processors.
• Conclusive Evidence: Client agrees that the CasoListo / K2K Digital System Logs and "Proof Packs" shall serve as the final and binding record of services rendered for the purposes of any merchant dispute.

Upon relationship termination, the Client is solely responsible for exporting their contact data. Thirty (30) days after termination, all Client data will be permanently deleted from our systems without the possibility of recovery.
